Description Of Prehistoric Park, Didima Camp, Drakensberg Mountains, South AfricaEdit
The park entrance is on a grassy hill not far from the main complex. This area is surrounded by trees next to an ornate lake. The main complex looks as if it is lots of buildings next to each other. The design is wooden supports with asymmentrical thatch roofs. This is probably an attempt to make the park seem as natural as possible. The time portal is in the same sandy place where all the holding pens are. The time portal is in a long, strong, stockaded corridor which channels the creatures coming through.
Behind the portal is a small pond housing a huge crocodile named Deinosuchus. The Deinosuchus' closest neibour is Martha the Mammoth. She lives with a herd of African elephants. On the top of the hill is a small paddock with low wooden fences. There are few trees as mammoths probably ate grass. Idealy, she should live in temperatures below freezing but then no large reptiles could survive in such temeratures. On the opposit side of the park there is a Triceratops named Theo. His enclosure has a river running through it. There is little grass and lots of low shrubs and trees. Just in front of a forest there is a pair of Smilodon (Sabertothed cats.) There are two large climbing frames in the enclosure giving it the name big cat climb. Pride of the park are the two T-rex. Brother and sister, Terrance and Matilda. Their home is a wide open landscape with bushes and trees were they can hide. The enclosures name is T-rex hill because of the grassy hill. The flock of ornithomimus live by a pond and have many bushes and trees hide in. Not far from the vets is the bug house. It is home to an Arthropleura (giant millipede), a Meganeura (giant dragonfly) and a Pulmonoscorpius (giant scorpion.) Titanosaur Treetops is where the Titanosaurs are ment to stay but they now roam freely. The Elasmotherium Paddock is an area of muddy grass where the Elasmotherium lives. Phoruracus Dunes is where the Phorusracus (terror bird) is kept. It is an area of sand dunes because terror birds like dust baths. Troodon Captivity is where the stowaway Troodon is kept. It wasn't purposely brought back, it just ran back through the portal and into the twentyfirst century. Microraptor fortras is where the microraptors glide around and perch on brances.
