The Parkeverse is the universe in which Prehistoric Park takes place, and encompasses all locations in the show. The word "Parkeverse" is a portmanteau of the two words "Park" and "Universe".
Differences from the real worldEdit
The Parkeverse differs, in several aspects, from real life. The Time Portal was invented by Nigel Marven sometime before the events of T-Rex Returns, while in the real world it hasn't been invented at all and is not possible to invent. Some of the prehistoric creatures in the Parkeverse are different to the prehistoric creatures in the real world's fossil record.
Similarities to the real worldEdit
The Parkeverse, though different from our own universe, is also similar in that it is believed to be approximately the same age, and its history is split into the same four geological eras as the history of our own universe: the Precambrian, the Paleozoic, the Mesozoic and the Cenozoic. Life forms roughly identical to ours inhabit the Parkeverse, and they evolved along a similar evolutionary track.
